Wanting to send my 19x off to MAC defense for frame and slidework.

What is the best way to do this?

Can you just ship the gun USPS directly to him?

Thanks!

How Do I Send You My Firearm or Component
All firearms (lower receivers, frames, etc) must be shipped via UPS or FEDEX. Check your local and state laws to ensure compliance. USPS flat rate boxes are the best for slides and other non-regulated items. Since we are an FFL, you can direct ship to us, and we can ship directly back to you without the need of going through another FFL. If you would like to use a local gun store or FFL, that’s no problem, just include their name and address in the notes and have them send a copy of their FFL to Will@MacDefenseInd.com.

You can use UPS or FedEx to ship a handgun to any FFL.

Pack it well, fully insure it, print a label from home or office and hand it to a delivery driver. Most UPS stores don't know the law or their own policies so I wouldn't recommend even going to one.

Even though you don't have to use a FFL to ship, you might check to see if a friendly FFL who will ship. You have to ship overnight, but the FFL can ship regular rates on their business account. Even if you pay the FFL a small fee for services, you can save some money.
