If I buy an NFA item from out of state, I have it transferred to my local NFA licensed dealer on a form 3 and then to me on form 4, right? (know it's right, I just needed to type it out and read it to be sure)
so I pay for the item, they submit to send it to my NFA guy on F3. That goes through. When it arrives, my guy sends my F4 and trust to ATF and I wait, right?
