Thanks for the heads up. My Daughter and I have more priority points to acquire for a few of the hunts and I hope to get my WMA deer hunt of choice drawn this year.
I think this year I'm putting in for a few different ones, I have a ton of points built up that need turning in. I'll give you a shout and maybe we can hit some of the same hunts.

I have no gator points but I think I am going as a helper on a hunt
I may be doing the same thing- My buddy's Wife will likely draw this year. He's putting himself in for yet another point and will draw a tag next year. They will be going to Zone 2 with Redneck1, of course.

That is correct. You cannot transfer points from the Hog Quota to the Deer Quota.
Don't forget folks, there are also some good NWR (National Wildlife Refuge) hunts that aren't part of the WMA quota system. They hold an equal-opportunity drawing where there are no priority points accumulated or used.
