Racing season begins.

Had a great weekend at Atlanta Dragway, lots of great racing! Track crew did a a great job of keeping things moving along.
Large bike turn out, and some very skilled racers.
Many thanks to Michael Mann and the whole Mann Up Racing team for their hospitality. The two days combined were the best Night of Fire race I've attended yet.
The practicing I've been doing paid off, and with some luck I was fortunate enough to make it to 5th place in this talented field. Took myself out of the race with the dreaded "Big Red Eye". But with the enjoyable time I had I'm not too upset...(well maybe a slight lie, I hate to beat myself!)

The evolution continues...

Drop it down low,low...
And a couple more ponies...

Is that a tie-down strap I see on the front end?

What did you do for extra ponies?
It does have a strap, but it's not needed with how much I've lowered it. Mostly to keep it from rebounding.

Overall I've lowered the front about 3"
And the rear about 2.5

It also took 5lbs off the bike.
