Ram 2017

I just got a 2017 Ram. It has uconn. My phone is paired correctly, buy i do not get names on screen when phone rings.
Number comes up but no name. Samsung note 5 is phone. uconn says it is compatible. Anyone have or had this problem?
Had 2013 and it worked perfectly.
I called 3 times 45minutes each time and they are clueless.

Apparently it is a known issue that will be squared away in a future software update.

One more reason to love my 1994 Truck.

877-855-8400 ext. My Direct Extension is: 4718593 Lauren. Maybe?
