Hello brother ODTers.. A quick rant about customer service at Heritage Arms. Nov. 29, I ordered and sent money to Heritage for a magnum cylinder. Just called them and was told that it will not be here until the middle of Jan. I can order antique parts from New Jersey and get them in 3 days and it takes 6 weeks to get a new part from miami This is the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. Lesson well learned, I will never buy another item from heritage.

Man I wish a lengthy wait time was the worst I've ever experienced..

I've been waiting 4 years for surgery at the VA for repairs they said they would take care of ASAP, six weeks you say? Hmmmm

I've been waiting 11 months for an AR bolt (not bcg, just bolt) and a dust cover.
Also a 16 month wait for two lower receivers that have been paid in full.

Well, you know the antique in jersey exists when you buy it. A new part might not, it may be in the process of being made.

I ordered a 22wmr cylinder back in Sept/Oct and had it in a week or less. Maybe they are just out and waiting on the shop to get caught up from the holidays?

Its the end of the year, MFG inventories get cut and as freedom said, it might have to be made.
