I ate at Ray's on the River twice in the last six months. Both times at the suggestion of friends. Good atmosphere, good food, pretty good service. ( Very high prices but it wasn't a surprise.)

P.S. There's apparently no dress code at least not one that's enfoced against African-American women because I saw a couple of 300 pound porkers wearing micro shorts and halter tops showing yards of blubber. But it didn't ruin my appetite or anything --I have a cast iron stomach!

You can achieve the same effects by intermittent fasting without giving up carbs, you'll still be hungry until meal time. I chow down at dinner and am still averaging 2.5 lbs weight loss every week. Slow and steady wins the race
