I doubt this was a speech by anyone famous, but instead a utopian pipe dream of the liberal leftists. Not one place was their any negative aspects, just big dreams and ambitions.
While some of it may come true, most innovations have a net cost. Not just positives, but usually as many negatives as the technology they are replacing.
