Just called my local Walmart - the "Pat Roll Man" model (seriously, that's what she said very slowly) is $749 and she verified the price. Must be a regional thing with the prices.

That's what the first cut in price made it. Some stores haven't gotten around to updating the second discount that came out yesterday. Also she may have just looked at the tag instead of scanning it. Anyways keep checking or let everyone else know what store it is.

Dropping a 22's price 80-100 bucks is nothing like dropping an AR price 4-500.
A stainless Ruger 1022 is what 259? yeah there's a big difference. You're not gonna find a bushmaster or DPMS for 250

Did you look at the picture I posted on the first page? Seems pretty convincing to me.
