I get the glass jars at Aldi and to me it’s good kraut . I usually get a case at a time and that lasts me about 6 months. Growing up mom and dad used to make kraut every year and it was great!

I second the Aldi kraut in the glass jars. Most of their Deutsche Kuche line is on point.

Aldi house brand in the clear glass jar is good as well, they also sell the purple version but I prefer that one as a side with German potatoe salad
