No issues with Silver Floss here…but, it could be I don’t know good kraut ..
I get the glass jars at Aldi and to me it’s good kraut . I usually get a case at a time and that lasts me about 6 months. Growing up mom and dad used to make kraut every year and it was great!
I second the Aldi kraut in the glass jars. Most of their Deutsche Kuche line is on point.

So good, I usually use two packs of them 🤣
Aldi house brand in the clear glass jar is good as well, they also sell the purple version but I prefer that one as a side with German potatoe salad
