I need to pick up a ft lb torque wrench in the next day or two. I have no interest in Harbor freight or Northern tool. I am done with that. Can anyone recommend a decent torque wrench for occasional use? I like the "clicker" style.

For occasional use, use a beam. My craftsman blew up 15 years ago and Sears would not replace due to to many moving internal parts. I almost had the law called on me after my fit of rage. I still have a Pittsburghs torque wrench but my go to is a quality beam.

I use torque wrenches every day at work and while the Snap-On wrenches hold up pretty good they don't hold a candle to Stahlwille. The adjustments are quicker with easier to read scales/graduations and we've found they hold a tighter torque tolerance too as we have to check them prior to each use.

I’ve had a gearwrench that I have used daily for about 2 years and it’s been great. Right around $120 for a 3/8 unless they have gone up. Gets recertified every year and it’s spot on
