Sure. When people realize that "rights" are not one-sided.

- As a business owner, I will have the right to drug test you every day and twice on Friday if I so choose.
- As a business owner, if I find drugs/alcohol in your system, I have the right to fire your ass on the spot, and you don't get to hide behind addiction or some other weasely ass nonsense.
- If you're high and or drinking, and you take the life of another person - thus denying them their right to life, then you are eligible for the death penalty. And you don't get to hide behind some weasely ass "amount of drugs in your system" nonsense.
