Gun ownership does not impair anyone's faculties.
People are indeed already liable for where their bullets go. No additional regulations needed.

And they are also held accountable for driving drunk/high. If somebody wants to stay home and smoke pot or drink I don't see the harm if they are not endangering themselves or another human. Is it wise to make that your daily routine no, I just don't see where it's the governments job to regulate behavior that is not harmful to anyone but the adult making the decision. Car accidents kill more people than marijuana has since the beginning of time. And no I'm not high I am about to have a beer though!

Legalizing drinking alcohol has worked out perfectly ... hasn't it? I mean you probably have never heard of anyone getting killed by a drunk driver!

Well for the most part it put the moonshiners out of business, legalizing marijuana would do the same for pot dealers.

My opinoin has changed.

Mostly from "im gonna smoke this for the rest of my life!", to "how in the hell did I use to smoke so much and function?"

I think the important issue at hand is not whether or not I or anyone else enjoys it, but if it's mine or anyone elses business to stop another person from their own individual choices (its not), so long as they arent directly impeding my liberties or rights.

My views are the same as the poll. Tax ithe as a commodity because there's no downside to making it legal. Only beneficial. Anything you argue against pot with can be used to argue caffeine nicotine and alcohol.
