RECTEC Babybacks and my owm Homemade BBQ Sauce

Dang it man, looking good right there.

Most I have cooked at one time on mine are 8 racks (had room for 2 more with shelf), and 35# of pork loins that I made pulled pork with. Working on I think my 9th bag of pellets and still have a few more before I make another road trip.

Mine is apple juice and cheap store brand BBQ mixed 50/50 for final 30 minutes and is more of a glaze. I like Weber Smokey Brown Sugar rub when I can find it. Hard to go wrong on ribs if you cook them 7 hours at 230 degrees.
