Reducing the Colt sear block

Got a couple of old Colt's with the sear block. Anyone know of someone who can properly mill the top protrusion off without damaging the finish so I can use normal Colt M16 bolt carriers?

FWIR most sear block lowers have .174 pins but not all .174 pin lowers have sear blocks

Colt really has done some gay **** over the years.

Help's in the spring from producing excessive wear to the bottom side of buffer tube , Due too the half moon rear of BCG you have to use with the sear block

I’d just like to be able to use a real bolt. I have had zero issues with the cut out version. But I’d trust a full BCG more. That’s what keeps this Colt in the back of the safe.
