Your ad is eligible to be relisted, which only means the ad is over 72 hours old, so you received the automated reminder. You have however already used your 3 free ads for the month. The two have nothing to do with one another.
I don't think so, i only have two ads which that is one of them --

If you have relisted it or any of your ads, it counts as another ad. Suck it up and pay a buck.
This has come up before, in fact several times. If you have two items listed and one becomes eligible for relisting and is relisted, you have 3 listing for the month. The other ad will become eligible for relisting, but you already have 3 listings for the month and therefore you would have to pay to relist it. Wait till next month and list it again, or pay a dollar and relist it this month. Heck, wait two weeks and list it again. lol
're listing for free is better
