Reloading 223 Springfield saint pistol help

Wrong place for this, but I'd say 75 or 77 grain bullets are your best bet, not the best barrel length to try to optimize a load for lol.

^ what he said. 75 and 77. Probably not worth making a hotter load because you won't have enough burn time for it to even matter.

From looking at the manuals, I'd try the 75's with AR Comp. Check out Hornady 10th edition.
 
I was also curious about what round to use on a 7.5in barrel as I just picked up a Noveske in this length. Any thoughts as to whether it matters shooting .223 vs .556 with such a short barrel?

I agree, go heavy on the bullets with a standard load. Ear muffs and sunglasses too.
