Your primer pocket has a ring crimp. The brass in the first pic is marked "FC 12" and the second is "FC 11". I believe these are military head stamps referring to Federal Cartridge 2012 and 2011.

Once the primers are popped out, the pocket crimps need to be removed before the brass can be reprimed. There are many ways to do this. Some simply ream the pocket with a chamfering tool.

My preference is to run the brass through a primer pocket swaging die (RCBS is the one I use, but there are others) in order to remove the pocket crimp.

Of course, once removed, the pocket crimp removal process does not get repeated and you are good to go for the life of the brass.

That IK brass has a small flash hole. A lee decapper presses it out. I cleaned the flash hole up bc of the burs

What ammo uses that head stamp? I don't have any on hand, but I must've bought a case at one time. I don't want to buy that ammo anymore.
