Reloading Bismuth or Lead Alts?

Hey Fellas,
What advice would you recommend for lead alternatives & High Brass Hulls/Wads for reloading
for ducks & geese?
Look forward hearing your feedback,

I used to shoot the following Lead shots.

Ducks #4 First shot backed with 2 #5's
Geese- #3 First Shot backed with 2 #2's

I currently reload with a12 GA Vesa-MEC & 20 GA MEC 600 Jr using
AA Winchester low brass/Claybuster Wads lead only for quail, dove, and sporting clays.
