When everyone is reloading, what kind of chairs or stools are you using? Are you standing? After a couple hours my butt and back start hurting, I need to find a better chair that still allows me full range to pull the arm all the way up and down.

The stool i use has wheels but doesn't have a back on it, I get up every so often but when you get on a roll its hard to stop sometimes. You should get up and move around every 45 minutes or so. Even if its just to take a lap around the house or walk to the mailbox.
I use an aeron chair for work as a software engineer. I'd use it for reloading too but my weight bench is in the way, so I sit on that instead.
The main thing to stop your back hurting is to have proper posture. Feet flat, knees 90 degrees, sit up straight. Etc, etc.
What he said except the new loading table.Putting in a new loading table and it will be set where I can roll around in an office chair and load
I stand for about 98% of my reloading. I have an old school adjustable drafting chair my FIL gave me for the scant times I do sit.
My reloading bench is about 44 inches to benchtop. That allows full extension of my arm on my press on the downstroke. I don't have to hunch forward or lean to get a good seat on my ammo.
