Item Description: Selling a very good to excellent condition Remington 700 RS rifle. Chambered in .30-‘06. This rifle is the last gun of my multi year accumulation for sale. It has been sitting in a temp controlled safe for the vast majority of its 29 year life.
The 700 RS’ were only produced by Remington from 1988-1989. They are in essence a model 700 BDL (Hinged Floorplate), with iron sights, factory matte hot blue finished metal, and a factory camouflaged synthetic stock.
The Leupold scope is mounted with Redfield steel rings on a one piece scope base. Has standard "Plex" style reticle. Also comes with the leather sling and swivels as shown. Plus whatever ammo I still have laying around.
NO TRADES - with these possible exceptions: factory loaded 9mm brass case HP ammo, factory loaded brass case 62grain .223/5.56 ammo, Glock 17 magazines, factory Ruger MKII pistol magazines. Would also consider a trade for more than a bare bones, i.e. Sporticle, AR15 style rifle - must be .223/5.56 chambered.
