Not all that surprising. I sell gun parts sometimes on eBay and about once or twice a month I have an Australian request that I mail him parts as "machine tools". Wouldn't be an issue ITAR aside, but ITAR exists and all. Thanks bureaucrats, can't even legally take advantage of Australia's stupidity regarding gun laws.
