Honest work done with integrity is worthy of respect.
I was blessed with being able to retire at 55. I have not been sorry a single day.
I drive a 18 year old truck, I am not rolling in money but we are not in debt. I have watched all four of my grand kids grow on a weekly if not daily basis.
I got a call today to see if I was interested in going back to work. $30 per hour no benefits. I thought about it for 15 seconds and said no thanks.
Money is not everything and there are things in life you cannot put a price on.
As long as you have enough money to get by, don't wait to retire.

I retired 14 years ago at age 54. Never looked back. I get offered work occasionally but tell them I'm too sorry to work. All I wanna do is sit around and tell lies. Nobody wants to pay me to do that. Wait a minute!! Maybe Congress is the place for me.
