good stuff.
whats the right way?
go/no go gauged?
barrel torqued?
gas block dimpled and lock tighted?
castle nut staked?

You can tell the stock from the muzzle break. Wonder who started this thread. Mysterious!

I started this thread. That’s why my name is on the first post.

If you care to know who wrote the feedback, you can go to my profile and peruse my recent feedback. It’s there.

It’s called a muzzle brake, not a “break”.

All of that, and much, much more. Every step of the assembly meets, or exceeds, milspec.

When a part is not a milspec part, then the manufacturer’s instructions are adhered to.

The only thing on your checklist that I did not do was dimple the barrel for the gas block. The owner supplied a Noveske barrel, with factory gas block, that was drilled for a cross pin at the factory. I verified that it was done correctly and the gas ports were properly aligned.

Additionally, I mounted a Nightforce ATACR optic and Aimpoint Micro RDS, both in Badger Ordnance mounts.

milspec
tight enough to work, loose enough to work dirty..not the best or most accurate, but will always send lead in the direction of people and places who need to receive it.. ;)
i was not sure if you had a precision one built or not.
