Revolver Wont fire in double action

I have a taurus 38 titanium that will fire in single action but not double action.

Does anyone know why that might be happening?

Also looking for a gunsmith in the north ga area that is competent with revolvers.

Cant watch the video right now, but it sounds to me like you may have the mainspring guide rod installed on the wrong side. Try flipping it over and see if that fixes your trouble.

I vote for a new hand to be installed. Pulling the hammer to cock it avoids putting as much stress on the worn parts (the hand) as pulling the trigger to cock it.

Send it to Taurus, for the lifetime warranty.
