Ribeye recipe needed

Coat both sides with olive oil. Rub kosher salt and fresh ground pepper.
Let them sit out for 2 hours.
Sear each side in a cast iron skillet. Finish on the grill.
Then, when they come off the grill, this is the wringer, put several pats of real butter on top of each steak. Let them sit for 15 minutes before you cut into them.

If you don't have a skillet big enough, go buy a bigger one. Or can use a cast iron griddle. Only using it to sear the meat. Kosher salt all the seasoning you need. Problem is that gas grill. Build a wood fire in some concrete blocks, throw the meat in the coals. Brush ashes off and enjoy.

Agree agree agree. DO NOT ruin this meet with a gas grill. Charcoal all the way. Lump natural for the win
 
Marinate over night in Dales,Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder,and steak seasoning,

heat the grill to about 500 (mine has a sear on one side) sear about 2-3 min on each side

then cook about 6-8 min on each side ........................enjoy....................
