I tried some peanut butter ribs last week on the BGE. Kinda oriental I guess. I really liked em. Severl recipies on google

I did 6 lemon pepper spatchcock chickens last yesterday (4hrs at 260) and wings today. I haven't done ribs in a while trying to eat a little healthier. Might have to break down next week and do a couple of racks just to change it up a little. I've never had an issue with extra ribs/anything as my neighbors are always glad to see me walking their way with an aluminum pan.
