RK gun show- ATL Expo center this weekend 05/18-05/19

RK just replied to my email asking for clarification. They are "enforcing the new Biden law" now by requiring all persons regardless of status (dealer, collector, heir, etc.) selling a firearm to conduct a background check before transferring at the show. This a boon to the "gun dealers" but it will be short lived. I think you'd have to be a special type of retard to set up or walk the floor at a show where customers aren't attending. Why pay a dealer to run a background check when such is not required (usually show your GWL) at their brick and mortar store? Are we to now set all sales between members here at a licensed dealer's shop to pay them to run a background check between members? When will Thomas begin to enforce this on ODT? Just curious.

O, you got it in writing?

Yes. They said after this weekend ALL transactions between ANY PERSONS at their show will be REQUIRED to run a background check with a licensed neckbeard (who WILL require a fee). I wonder how many neckbeard cops they are going to hire to regulate that?

I guess poopdaddy poopdaddy and myself are spreading false information then, since it's after this. Lol

I am writing Ron at Gem Capital and asking him to take a more reasonable position on this and use it as an opportunity to gain business against his competitor....

He should post something like this on his website and maybe have a shortened version on a sign at his doors:

"Unlike other gun show promoters in Georgia, Gem Capital Shows undertakes no law enforcement type actions against show attendees or exhibitors nor do we require you to subject yourself to or pay for a background check on a form 4473 if you are selling your personal property to or from a private individual. Gem Capital Shows provides a venue for gun collectors and enthusiasts to gather and it is incumbent upon the individual to comply with State and Federal Law regarding the transfer of firearms. We make no attempt to determine if your "intent" is to earn a profit or derive pecuniary gain from the disposition of items from your private collection and therefore we do not require you to hold an FFL or pay one to perform background checks."

So, if I'm understanding correctly the new rules will make cities like Chicago, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, Macon, etc safer. Also takes glock switches out of the hands of elementary school kids.
Its like a flip safety on a glock and a bill of sail .

It protects you ! It makes ewe safe 👍

Hoo C's wutt i did thare ? ^^^^
