Super H is an interesting place to visit.

Their fresh fish section doesn't have a rival in the area.
I still go there to buy smelts once in a while, fried up they're like candy.
I don't think my Mom ever ate a one, but she would fry up pounds of them for my Dad and her 3 boys!

Some peppers I really enjoy, Many make me roll up in a fetal position, and wish I had never tried..With me if it's hot going in, it's hot coming out.

Just follow up with ice cream and you will have something to look forward too.

these are great throwing a couple into a pan with a little sesame oil, then dusted with sesames and a pinch of salt. great little snack that's reasonably healthy and pretty cheap
