Any experience, personal, family, friend ??? Doctor recommendations, or Docs to steer clear of? Any and all info appreciated.

Had an abnormal EKG tuesday and my PCP wants me to follow up ASAP with a Cardiac specialist. I have heard good things about Ronnie Green. At this point information is power, more I know better prepared I am.

If you don’t have to stick with Ronnie Green, I highly recommend Dr. Mehul Bhatt. I believe his primary office is in Canton, but travels to Cumming. Google him.

I highly recommend Dr. Charles L. Brown and the other doctors at Piedmont Heart. Their primary office is at Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta, but they have offices in other locations.

My wife spent a week at Piedmont after her last (3rd one) heart attack in September 2018. I highly recommend the Docs & nurses there.

Best of luck - heart care (proactive) is amazing these days. My younger brother had an aortic valve replacement (Lewis Grizzard surgery) last year at Emory - piece of cake...

My Dad had open heart surgery from Piedmont many many years ago. He lived to 89 and never had heart issues after that. They are top notch doctors then and likely now too.

I heard all the good heart doctors there switched to a different system a year or two ago if I recall.
It was second hand information at the time.
