Asking $400 & getting $400 are two different things.
The people listing bare bones 10/22 for $350 are out of their minds.

They may be out of their minds but they're not out of 10/22s yet.
I bought a basic carbean to tinker with back when they were $200.
Added a BX trigger, some Kidd updates, better buggy bumpers of coarse.
Extra 10 rnd mag and a BX15. Reached $400 PDQ. Not really that much
when you think about it for a one of a kind Ruger Kustom!

Customized 10/22s is an entirely different conversation. It doesn't take long to hit four digits. Kidd triggers alone are pushing $300. Yikes..

Kidd trigger $300? Must be why I went w/Ruger BX trigger
on sale for about $65. Did get the other minor Kidd items
and extended charge handle. Trick 'em out super accurate
doesn't leave any excuse for missing the mark (other than
wind and defective ammo)

Just buy a receiver from Brownells or that outfit in Texas that parts out new 10/22s. Get a bolt from Kidd, JWH or CPC...CPC is my choice, I have a couple, they are like jewelry.

Yep, you don't need any Ruger parts anymore. But then again, is it a 10/22?

Main Street guns and lilburn has a pink takedown model for like $350. This was yesterday.
I got a great deal on the pink regular model. And I planned to do the same with it.
