I find used factory stock mini-14s for 500-550 locally all the time...and if I were inclined to buy one, prices are negotiable. Unless it also comes with the factory stock, the tapco stock is a MINUS. I'd subtract 100 bucks for the hassle of having to hunt down a factory stock off ebay or amazon or wherever. So, personally, if it only comes with the tapco stock, I'd figure 400 for the rifle and find out the best price on mags and add value for all but the one that came with it when it was new.
