They really aren't that bad to move. You and a friend or two can probably put it anywhere you want so long as stairs aren't involved. If they are, you'll want to borrow or rent a good set of appliance hand trucks, but even a few aren't too bad.

Stairs is the problem. I found out you can rent a 1500lb stair climbing dolly from sunbelt for 160 a day. Might do that and get a couple of buddies to help
