Got a question about a M1 carbine I picked up about 8 months ago.
It’s a Universal M1 Carbine (I know) early model but it chrome plated, got all USGI parts. Iv’e looked all over the net and can’t find anything on it, You guys think it might of been used in ceremonial parades and funeral?

Nope they were made just like that and sold.

A m14 or Garand is what would be used today maybe you might see an 03a3
