Saiga .308 jamming and not feeding ammo

I have a saiga .308 converted AK that is acting up. Today I fired 2 25 rd surefire mags through it. All I could do was a double tap and the next rd would either not load all the way or the last double tap rd wouldn't eject. On both magazines the last 8-10 rounds went through as fast as I could pull the trigger. Any ideas of what could be the problem and how much I can expect a Gun smith to charge to fix it?

It did twice yesterday with the last 8!or so rounds out of 2 25 rd mags. I've had I think for 5 years. It's only misfed a couple times before that. And I've put prob 1000 rounds through it. I keep I Cleaned too. A friend of mine did the conversion. He's on here I believe. He just lives 3 hours from me and he's done so much for free for me that I really hate to bother him this time.

I might try some 20 rd pro mags today and see how they do. Yesterday was 147gr PMC ammo which is mostly what I shoot for fun. I have some 150 hornady that I leave in the 20rd mags but I'll prob put the PMC in them to see how it does so ammo
