Sale of incomplete Strike 80 (P80) frame

I have a FDE Strike 80 frame that is fully assembled but I have ZERO intention of finishing the build or even messing with it anymore. Is this allowed? It does have the rails, pins, and OEM Glock trigger in it though.

If it hasn't been touched, it's OK to list. It would go under accessories. If anything has been done to it, it's no longer an 80% and is prohibited to be listed on ODT.
