I put a price and offered to hear an offer....as in I'm not firm.A lot of people don't like the idea of an open-ended invitation to "make me an offer".

offers are considered as auctions by the mod squad.auctions are considered a NoNo. Meet some good people on here fortunately you dont have to deal with the lowballing group just scroll pass the offers.I put a price and offered to hear an offer....as in I'm not firm.
I did put a price but I will remove the offer comment then so I don't break a ruleoffers are considered as auctions by the mod squad.auctions are considered a NoNo. Meet some good people on here fortunately you dont have to deal with the lowballing group just scroll pass the offers.
Is there a "KBB" value equivalent for guns that I can look up a fair price for a make and model?
sure thats why I get offered 100 for a BNIB Heritage with custom grips from a 0-0 guyBeing vacation-holiday season plays into viewership
I agree partly, I don't like to haggle....but if that's true that no one likes to haggle then why does everyone then low ball the Facebook Marketplace and never just accept what the marked price is.You might get traction just posting your item for what you’d take for it. Nobody really wants to haggle with anyone, much less a new guy. You can thank the billion new guys over the past couple years who clowned this place.
Yes any item is only as good as a buyer actually looking for the item.odt can be very successful for sales but like some mentioned it needs to be priced correctly and someone must be looking for it
I'll give you $450 for the 239. that's prolly better than a pawn shop.My post listed a price and said open to offers and have had zero contacts so far. So I don't think dropping $100 is going to energize it.
More likely it's like others have said and people here want to pay the same as a pawn shop owner would. That's fine, now I know my audience at ODT. If I'm going to have to sell at a pawn shop price, then I will take it to a pawn shop and have a smooth quick transaction instead of a Facebook Marketplace experience.
