As said, if it doesn't sell, lower the price. You price it right, it sells. Do keep in mind, people don't have much money right now. The economy has been tough the last 4 years. So it may be a little slower than years past

Yeah some hate it and some like it. Personal preference. They do cost $299 new so used should be worth something.

Just a thought and ymmv: Whether crimson trace, add'l mag or a butt-sweat holster, ringing up those extras a la carte and quoting their retail cost to potential buyers will not spike interest in your ad.

That's a nice gun. Even priced significantly less, it should fetch at least $150-200 more here than at ANY pawn shop. I feel like you know this, though. Even reasonably priced stuff can sit for a while here, especially since we are not in the ATL.

This will be at least $1000-1100 retail at a pawn shop. For $750-900 sure it's a deal for both buyer and seller. For low ball prices might as well get the convenience of selling to a pawn shop and let the small business owner pawn shop make money from the public.

It sounds like you made up your mind on the PS on the 1st page of this post. Here it is 9 pages later and you're saying the same thing, so I'll say mine again. You have a common high dollar gun that you can buy at Academy, so take it to the PS and get your "quick and easy transaction". Every member on here already has a carry gun, most higher dollar than a Sig 239 and don't need another to keep in the truck. This late in the posts, every one has given you good advice, you're just looking for an argument. Good luck with the sale, or GLWTS.

No that is not a common weapon. For starters the 239 is discontinued.

Also you finally also answered the original question....no this is not a good sale website since "everyone already has a carry gun here".

Would have been easier to say that on page 1.

That's kinda my question.....if I can't get more for it here than a pawn shop then what's the point of doing the work here. A pawn shop transaction is quick if I'm going to walk away with the same cash.
