If your add stated ID and GWL required then no, and you should negative feedback him for failing to complete the deal


If you add didn't state those items were needed then yes and the buyer should negative feedback you for failing to complete the deal.

If the gun you are selling is legally registered to you, then ends up in a crime, could bad things fall back on you? If the sale does not feel right, you should probably pass in my opinion. Take your buyer to the nearest FFL dealer for a legal transfer.

There is no gun registration in GA so how could it be "legally registered to you"?

Good point, I thought when you purchased from a retailer it was recorded on some govt data base.
