I'm retired and been married 35 years to a woman I've known for 41 years. I wear sandals almost year round, except to the range or on the motorcycle.

Forgot to mention. Between warehouses, loading dock and the Air Force; I wore boots over 25 years. Wear what I want now. Heck, at my age, don't really care what anyone thinks.

That's the way I feel about Crocs. I was doing about in the yard and decided that I needed some insecticide. I went to Wal-Mart, and as I started across the parking lot, I looked down and saw I had those damn Crocs on. I turned around and started back to the truck, and decided to take a chance on no one that I knew would see me.

I made it in and out, and back to the house, unseen.
