As cheap as it would be, I'd go to Harbor Freight and buy a blast cabinet with some 80 grit glass beads. I did that a few years ago and have used it more than I ever thought I would. You'd just need an air compressor with a relatively high CFM rate to support it.
You can also look at a Powder Blaster while at Harbor Freight, it uses baking soda as a blast.
All I have currently is a std pancake compressor and I’d need I guess to get it powder coated after, guess it could be spray paint
how bad is the rust? post pics.
