Saudi Terriost Purchased Glock Legally

It's been like that for a while. On the 4473 if you're not a US Citizen, but are a permanent resident, you have to declare a country other than US as country of citizenship. It's not a "loophole". It's the law. I'm fine with it. Now, if he's a non legal immigrant, or permanent resident maybe the law should be changed.

However, you can't say the the right to bear and keep arms is a natural (God given) birth given right, unless you're X, Y, Z or a non US citizen.

Speaking of Third world countries.. I hear they are still letting people from Macon purchase?? WTF!

When the 2nd Amendment was written, they were not American. They were under british rule.

Actually, the Bill of Rights was well after the Revolution and the Constitution, not to mention the original Articles of COnfederation, which people always seem to forget was actually America's first government. So it was definitely written for Americans, in fact it was demanded by them because a BoR was left out of the Constitution.

The exceptions are pretty restrictive. Essentially you have to be someone the feds grant a waiver to, like diplomatic security or such. The only one that looks like it's open here is the exemption (not loophole) for people with valid hunting licenses.

Hang on a minute there. The US Constitution was ratified in 1788 and the bill of rights which were the first ten amendments were added in 1791. We had long been a sovereign nation by then.
