I have never picked up or shot a Savage axis. I have a number of 10, 11, & 111's and am in the market for a .223 Rem. with accutrigger under $500 and can't find anything other than Axis. Can someone tell me the difference. Mainly, are the axis stock barrels as accurate as the 10, 11? Thanks in advance.
