Saw a 4 door jeep wrangler with all the doors removed and two car seats in the back...

I dunno man...when I was growing up we rode in the bed of my dad's pickup, sat in the floorboard of the sedan and climbed over the bench seat. We also drank from a water hose, rode our bikes without helmets or knee and elbow pads.

Different times for sure.

I remember that Dad took the seatbelts out of the back of the Buick they drove when I was growing up because us kids couldn't sleep on the back seat. I routinely slept on the flat "dash" behind the backseat in front of the back glass.

Nothing like staring at the stars and feeling the cold glass

Same here. It durn't hert me nun

Crazy for sure!! But hey when we were kids we road in the back of truck beds and never wore seat belts. Hell our station wagon had a rear seat that faced the rear of the car.

Wow! What generation are you all from. Growing up in the 60's and 70's we had none of the stuff you call safety now. I did not know what a seatbelt was until I was a teenager. Riding in the back of an open pickup truck was a treat. What the hell are knee pads, elbow pads, or helmets. Really, bicycle helmets, WTF. We really need to stop trying to be like our own government.

dude was a douche with credit. every dealership in the
metro would welcome him with open arms.
"yeah i want something that is really gonna make me stand
out of the crowd."
will take the doors off.

I drive a soft top jeep. The top won't stop a pocket knife much less a car. However the step bars and roll cage will be of some help. At least he loved them enough to buckle them into secured car seats. I see kids all the time sitting sideways in the backseat or in a lap

My jeep doesnt have the capability to even have a top........

Yep, we rode standing up in the seat of a 73 chevy pickup. Our safety device was my dads arm held up in front of us if he had to stop quick. Rode all the way to west Texas and back like that.

Good times
