Scanner and 3D printer ?

Anyone have access to a 3D scanner and printer ?

I have a 5” x 11 1/2 and has a 1 3/8 arch in it

I’d like to reproduce a couple of copies

Is the part directly visible? I ask because that smooth, glossy finish isn't how printed parts come out. I can print 12x12x15, no scanner though. I'm in Athens.
