In the article, it discusses the three judge panel of the 1st District court that extended that "community caretaker doctrine" (from automobiles to homes) in order to make its ridiculous ruling. One of the judges on that panel, Former Justice David Souter....hahahaha! Nine current USSC justices trashing that little weasel's leap of idiocy. Doesn't get any better than that..
