It's BS but there are tons of programs in place that even with a ts/sci you would never know they existed. Compartmentalizing things makes it easy to hide stuff.

Just because you have the clearance doesn't mean you get access. You have to have a need to know to do your job to get access. Ask me how I know.

I wonder how long it takes to autopsy a specimen from a species that you've not seen before. Even if you did one per day it'd take a government employee at least 12.5 years to perform 3,000.
