Same here... I intentionally do not have any NRA, ODT, Browning, Timber Ghost or 2nd Amendment stickers on my car because I think thieves use these to identify cars that will have guns.

Put an Obama sticker on... It wards them off.....lick garlic for vampires.

I would rather have my gun stolen than drive around with that crap on my car... I want to do a PIT maneuver when I see one of those.

I just go the "truck gun" route. I've got a .38, functionally sound, accurate, but a beater from Hell. I'm hoping it doesn't come up gone, but if it does, I'm not going to cry over it.

Props to the OP, that's a nice, thought out design. You should construct and sell them, might make a nice little side business.

I came across those in my research and they look like they'll do the job, but they don't make one for my car.

Just let me install an alarm. This will filter out the majority of potential thieves. The remaining percentage will break in weather you are there or not...
