Seeking gunsmith

I’m looking for a gunsmith somewhere in GA who is able to cut down, rethread and dovetail in the sight on a 1885 Nagant revolver. I’d prefer a professional job, or someone with a good portfolio, otherwise I’d just buy the tools and an extra barrel myself and send it.

I’m located in metro atlanta but don’t mind a reasonable drive or shipping if necessary.
